Hand Delivery or Pick up
Hand Delivery Fee is $15 for Residential and Business – We deliver to Sunriver, Redmond, Eaglecrest and Bend.
Same Day Delivery Service is available upon request for Birthday, Get Well and Sympathy Baskets for Bend, Redmond and Sunriver.

Most gift basket designs ship out 1 -2 business days. Gift baskets are shipped via Fedex. Shipping & Handling price will vary by state.
Shipping Policies for Beer and Wine.
We ship to 26 states for beer & wine at this time. We do not ship to Alaska, Mississippi, Arkansas, New Jersey,Delaware, Oklahoma, Florida, Pennsylvania, Hawaii, South Carolina, Indiana, South Dakota, Kansas, Tennessee, Kentucky, Utah, Maine, Vermont, Maryland, Virginia, Massachusetts, West Virginia. During the winter months beer and wine could freeze being shipped to the midwest and east coast. Your order may be delayed due to risk of shipment freezing. Should your Beer or Wine basket be returned to us due to the recipient not being home or recipient did not contact Fedex to arrange pickup of their package. Sender will be responsible for paying for shipping fee to new address.
We ship to lower 48 states. We ship to through the USPS for orders going to Alaska or Hawaii. We are no able to ship beer, wine or hard cider through USPS. We design contents to fit in a Ships it Fits box (Items arrange in box with no container or bow. By doing this we reduce your shipping expense by $45.00 or more.

If you’re unhappy with your purchase, before use, for any reason, please contact us for
approval of your return. If given authorization, the item must be returned within 14 days of
delivery for a full refund. Please note that we cannot refund the shipping charges to you unless the return is a result of our error. The item(s) to be returned must be unused, be in the same condition as when sent and in the original packaging materials. Returned merchandise must be shipped back to Deschutes Gift Baskets freight prepaid. No freight-collect returns will be accepted. Sorry, absolutely no returns on food items.

We reserve the right to substitute any product in our gift baskets. Color and shape of containers may vary, depending on availability, seasons, etc. Items substituted are always of equal or greater value.
Chocolate items will only be shipped as weather permits, generally from May to October. During summer months, we will substitute other quality gourmet products.
